Sharp Arm Motions
Arms straight up and out at 45-degree angle, forming a V. Fists face forward, arms tight and strong.
Execution:
Start with arms at sides, punch up to V position. Keep shoulders down, arms locked.
Arms straight down and out at 45-degree angle. Fists face back, strong and controlled.
Execution:
From High V, pull down maintaining the V shape. Don't let arms go behind the body.
Arms extended straight out to sides, parallel to ground. Fists face forward.
Execution:
Arms should be at shoulder height, completely straight. Don't let them drop below parallel.
Arms in T position with elbows bent at 90 degrees. Fists face forward at shoulder height.
Execution:
Start in T, bend elbows keeping upper arms parallel to ground. Forearms perpendicular.
Both arms straight up, tight against ears. Fists face forward.
Execution:
Punch straight up from sides, keep arms close to head. Don't let them fall forward or back.
Both arms straight down against sides. Fists face back.
Execution:
Arms tight against body, completely straight. Shoulders back and down.
Arms bent 90 degrees in front of chest, fists down like resting on a table.
Execution:
Elbows at shoulder height, forearms parallel to ground, fists facing down.
One arm in High V, opposite arm in Low V. Creates a K shape.
Execution:
Right arm High V, left arm Low V (or vice versa). Keep both arms strong and defined.
One arm in T, other arm in Touchdown. Forms an L.
Execution:
Perfect T and Touchdown positions. Common: right arm T, left arm Touchdown.
One arm extended (up, forward, or to side), other hand on hip.
Execution:
Punching arm straight and strong, supporting hand firmly on hip.
