Terms of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You may not share your account credentials with others.

The App includes community features such as The Webb feed, Skill Vault, and comments (collectively, “User-Generated Content”). You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree not to post content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory.
• Contains nudity, sexual content, or exploitation of minors.
• Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence against any person or group.
• Infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Is spam, fraudulent, or misleading.
• Encourages self-harm or dangerous activities.

You can report any objectionable content using the in-app Report button. Our moderation team reviews reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

You can block any user at any time. Blocked users’ content will be hidden from your feed, and they will not be able to interact with you through the App.

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content in the App, you grant SLAY a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, use, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating and improving the App’s features, including AI-assisted coaching and choreography generation.

We reserve the right to remove any content, suspend or terminate accounts, and take other action we deem appropriate to protect the safety and integrity of the community. We do not pre-screen all user content but rely on user reports and automated tools to identify violations.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated routines, scores, and coaching feedback are suggestions and do not constitute professional or medical advice. You are responsible for ensuring the safety of athletes performing any routine or skill generated or recommended through the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SLAY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or any user-generated content.

You may delete your account at any time from within the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the App. Your continued use after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
